What started as curiosity — understanding how systems work and why they sometimes fail — gradually evolved into a passion for building reliable, high-quality software. Early in my career, I was driven by the challenge of finding issues, but over time, that mindset transformed into creating solutions that prevent them.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve grown from learning the fundamentals of testing to leading automation initiatives and defining quality strategies across complex, enterprise-scale systems. I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse domains like healthcare, banking, and manufacturing, gaining hands-on experience in web, API, and cloud-based applications.
Throughout this journey, I’ve continuously pushed myself to evolve — from writing manual test cases to building scalable automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring consistent, reliable test coverage. Each project has strengthened my ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and deliver solutions that add real value to the product and the team.
Today, as a QA Lead, my role goes beyond testing. I focus on mentoring teams, driving best practices, improving processes, and aligning quality with business goals. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving complex problems, and creating systems that teams can trust with confidence.
For me, testing is not just about finding defects — it’s about building confidence, ensuring reliability, and contributing to products that create meaningful impact. I believe quality is not a phase, but a mindset that drives everything I do.
